Bowman and wife plead not guilty!
Kabushi Member of Parliament Bowman Lusambo and his wife Nancy have pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime and other money laundering related charges.
In February this year, Mrs Lusambo was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Commission for being in possession of properties reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime worth US$378,000.
A month earlier, the commission arrested the former Lusaka Province minister and charged him with four counts of possession of property reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
