LIONS INVADE KAFUE CATTLE FARMERS

TWO Lions were last night seen in Lukolongo ward around Ngwenya area were they two wild beasts tried to kill cattle for a local farmer.

Lukolongo ward Councilor Emmanuel Moonga Miyanda confirmed the presence of the two Lions in his ward to Kafue Times in an exclusive interview.

Miyanda told KT that the villagers suspect the the Lions could be more than two in the area as some foot prints were seen in another area near Flame Arab.

Cllr Miyanda said the Department of National Parks and Wildlife have since dispatched a team of Wildlife Police Officers to crop the Lions.
