A ROMANTIC and charming Kafue wife yesterday did the unthinkable and organized a surprise home-made lunch banquet for her husband which she delivered to his work as a way of celebrating his 36th birthday.
Woman Constable Mutale Shula, a Police Officer based at Kafue Police station said she decided to surprise her husband, Daniel Lubinda, a teacher at Nakatete Secondary School, on his birthday by making a surprise home-made lunch banquet because he rarely eats food at home during lunch as he is mostly away for work.
Shula who has been married to Lubinda for 10 years said Couples should continue to be romantic and charming to each other no matter the many years in marriage.
“I decided to bring to his work place a surprise home-made lunch package for my husband on his birthday to make him feel special. We have been married for 10 years now and he still holds the special place in my heart that he held when this tall and handsome Lozi man married me in 2012” Shula said.
Lubinda was then joined by his work mates in the staff room in enjoying the mouthwatering foods prepared by his beautiful wife.
And Lubinda said he was short of words by his wife’s gesture.
He thanked his wife for the birthday presents and pledged to be a good father and husband.
We can only wish the couple all the best in their marriage.
