A 52 Year Old Man of Lusaka’s Kalikiliki Compound says, it breaks him that every Month he has to Change his differently-abled teenage daughter’s Mentrual pads Which he makes from his Shirts.

Makina Magemba says, this situation comes in after his Wife abandoned him and their two differently-abled Children alleging that she would not continue taking care of them because of their Condition.
