Roll in hay racks K5,000 bill
A NDOLA man who threatened to chop up his pregnant wife’s boyfriend with a machete after he caught them red-handed, committing adultery in a bush has been awarded K5,000 in compensation.
Abraham Kabwe told a local court of how he caught Hilan Kabwera with his pregnant wife having sex around 20:00 hours in the bush in August.
“I found them having sex in the bush and the defendant was on top and I got his phone and jacket as evidence,” he said.
He said his wife ran away and the defendant confirmed that he had been having an affair with his wife.
He said he asked Kabwera why he was having sex with a pregnant woman and he answered that she was his girlfriend but denied of being responsible of the pregnancy.
Kabwe told the court that he threatened Kabwera when he confessed and told him that he had kept in touch with his wife because she was his old girlfriend.
