FROM his hiding place, Constable Moses Muntanga who illegally commissioned and participated in unlawful “Sweden Games” at a local police station in complete disregard of the natural rules of engagement has deactivated his Facebook account.
Constable Moses Muntanga abandoned his police duties and went on the run after raping two male thieving suspects at Lusaka’s Kalundu Police Post on the evening of May 28, 2023.
Now the officer’s Facebook account under the name Moses Leon Muntanga where he posted scores of girly photos of himself has also disappeared from Mark Zuckerberg’s social media platform.
According to details of the shocking incident, the officer was on duty alone that evening when he extracted one detainee, took him to the Criminal Investigation Department office and handcuffed him there.
The officer then stripped off his combat uniform and ordered the suspect to penetrate his Lilayi bottom or get shot.
The frightened suspect then inserted his rod in the officers behind and pumped away until he offloaded gallon upon gallon of baby-making fluids in him.
The officer then took the suspect back to the holding cells and picked another one, this time it was the man of the law to do the drilling.
At gunpoint, constable Muntanga handcuffed his second victim, marinated his bottom with Vaseline and procceded to rape him.
But the pain was too much for the detainee that he wiggled and screamed in anguish until the officers weapon popped out of his rear before he was taken back to the cells.
Constable Muntanga had promised to release both men if they agreed to what he wanted.
But the traumatized suspects who would surely do with some professional counseling from Great North Road Rehabilitation Center are still languishing in police cells while their abuser is still on the run.
Zambia Police Service spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said Police were doing everything to find Constable Muntanga.
