Media personality Mutale Mwanza is mad at network service provider MTN Zambia after she received a deduct of K150 from her mobile Money account.
Mwanza took it to social media to demand for explanation why she received a deduct message when she did not initiate any transaction.
She has since given the service provider a 24hr ultimatum failure to which legal repercussions will be effected.
MTN Zambia I demand an EXPLANATION in writing as to why K150 was deducted from my Mobile Money account last night and yet I was not the one who made the transaction.
I am giving you 24 hrs in which to respond or else there will be legal repercussions.
