Pamodzi hotel massage scandal to be resolved privately

THERE will be no more need for Pamodzi Hotel to present video footage before court of the massage session which involved their employee using his fingers to pleasure a married client as the matter will now be resolved privately.

After weeks of stiring public imagination about what exactly could have happened during the massage with either parties presenting their case, Mwansa Njelesani has opted for private negotiations with the Hotel and the masseur.

The parties have resolved to settle the issue at mediation as Njelesani can no longer put up with the shame that the law suit she instituted against the Hotel and its employee has caused her.

In this matter Njelesani has sued the Hotel and its employee Kenneth Musonda for the unauthorised sensuous experience she was subjected to by the masseur.

She claims that whilst professionally fiddling with her body, Musonda strayed his fingers into her sugar walls and caressed her in attempts to make her squirt, causing her rape paralysis upon reaching the climax.

In his defense Kenneth Musonda said his
labia touching skills had put an ear-to-ear smile on the face Njelesani who thanked him for the services.

Musonda explained that Njelesani
requested for a deep tissue massage and he assured her that he was equal to the task and
would give her an out of this world massage.

He said, he professionally massaged Njelesani and gave her a yoni massage after she requested that he puts pressure on her pleasure assets and she never protested during the whole session as she was red-hot.

But according to consent entered into by the parties it was proposed that they resolve the dispute secretly.

“The parties believe that owing to the nature of the case mediation would be the best way to resolve the dispute to maintain privacy,” read the read the consent order.

“The parties humbly request that the court refers this matter to mediation pursuant to order 31(4) of the High Court rules.”

Judge Sharon Newa is yet to endorse the consent order application.
