Meet The Kabwe Zambian international actress and entrepreneur Chadzanso Mwenda aka Juvi who is participating in this year’s African Monologue challenge

Chadzanso Mwenda is set to represent Zambia on an international stage yet again as she represented Zambia in the Nigerian reality TV show dubbed Being in Nollywood a 26-episode show which aired on Rok channels.

She has been featured in Nollywood movies such as The Dare, Discreet Affair, and Different Strokes (currently airing on prime video worldwide) while locally she has featured in Butuku, Love Games plus many other local and international productions.

The Africa Monologue Challenge is a competition set to build and Bridge Creatives Especially Actors in Pan African Countries as this is the Second season running.

Last year the competition was held in Ghana, Zambia came up second and was represented by Jeromy Mumba (Mpali actor) but this year it will be held in Uganda after several months of Monologue entries through email and weeks of evictions from over 2000 entries they finally got down to the top 15 and eventually to the top 10.

Chadzanso is the only representative from Zambia in the Africa Monologue Challenge 2024.

The Africa monologue challenge is a good opportunity for actors to connect with international producers for potential casting opportunities outside of Zambia.

The Africa Monologue Challenge is set for next month May 2024 in the pan-African house in Kampala Uganda.
