President Hakainde Hichilema has, with immediate effect, removed Judges Anne Sitali, Judy Mungeni Mulenga, and Palan Mulonda from their positions as Judges of the Constitutional Court of Zambia.

This decision was made following a recommendation from the Judicial Complaints Commission and is in accordance with Article 143 (6) and © of the Zambian Constitution.

The announcement was issued by Clayson Hamasaka, Chief State House Press Officer.
