Munali parliamentary candidate, Chrispin Chiinda says he would soon announce a political party that he would go with ahead of this year’s general elections.
Considered one of the favourites to replace incumbent Munali MP, Mike Mposha, Chiinda has unleashed his reach political profile to the public.
He says he’s ambition is to transform Munali constituency, aims to leave positive legacy.

Chrispin Chiinda’s brief personal profile:
I was born and raised in Munali, born Chrispin Chiinda in Mtendere, now 48 years old a devoted Catholic, husband and father to my children.
I commenced my entrepreneurial pursuits at Chelstone Big Market, where I established a boutique and later a logistics business at the age of 26. By the age of 29, I had successfully built the Chris Mall in Chelstone, and at 34, I constructed the Chris Mall Lodges in Chamba Valley. I did this when I was still a youth.
I possess the necessary academic credentials, including a Grade 12 certificate and a diploma in law. I am currently pursuing a law degree at a university.
Having born and bred in Munali, I, along with others in our community, felt that it was time for one of our own to represent the constituency in Parliament, rather than relying on external candidates.
My aspiration to become a Member of Parliament is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact in Munali and leave a lasting legacy that benefits the community.
I entered politics in 2014 under the Patriotic Front and aspired to stand in 2021, but was not adopted. Although I did not pursue an independent candidacy, believing that the time was not yet ripe, I remain committed to serving the people of Munali. To those who were disappointed by my absence on the ballot in 2021, I appeal for your forgiveness and understanding. I am now more experienced and dedicated than ever to serving the people of Munali.
As a member of the opposition in Zambia, I will soon announce which political party I will partner with for the August 13, 2026 polls.
My vision for Munali is centered on driving true transformation agenda in key areas, including
– road network development,
– enhanced healthcare services and facilities
– Better education,
– Security for all,
– women and youth empowerment.
I sincerely hope that the people of Munali will elect me, Chrispin Chiinda, as their Member of Parliament on August 13, 2026, enabling us to implement community initiatives that benefit the people of Munali.
