Kabushi MP Bowman Lusambo and his alleged lover with whom he is accused of having 3 children were to appear at Lusaka Central Police station this afternoon but Mercy Cowham showed up alone.
Mr. Lusambo is said to be in Ndola hence his non-appearance.
