Copperbelt University final year student Mwape Kachibe has died.
Her death was announced yesterday by the university’s students union.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of our dear friend and fellow student, Mwape Kachibe. Mwape was a vibrant and talented individual who was pursuing her dreams as a 5th-year Environmental Engineering student. Her untimely departure has left us all in shock and deep sorrow.💔💔😭
Mwape’s presence will be greatly missed, and her memory will forever be cherished within our academic community.
