THE Chelstone Local Court in Lusaka has heard how a cheating wife of Kaunda Square provided manhood-enlarging medicine for her lover so that he could manage to be ploughing her like a field of sweet potatoes.
This was during a case in which Kennedy Kachipasi, 46, sought the court’s help to permanently remove 40-year old Mary Chirwa from the matrimonial database as his wife after 14 long years of marriage.
Kachipasi told the court that the duo got married in 2009 and their marriage at first felt like they had both swallowed love portions from a Chongwe bottle, full of peace and romance.
However, as years and months rolled by, the once lovie dovie marriage slowly became as bumpy and rough as the Zimba-Sesheke road.
He narrated that problems escalated when Mary accused him of denying her bedroom rights for five years, despite the fact that she had moved her sleeping headquarters to the sitting room.
As a husband trying to save his home, Kachipasi said he even arranged priestly counselling so that heaven could intervene where earthly efforts had failed.
Little did he know that while he was busy seeking divine solutions, another man was waist pleasures of his matrimonial investment.
The husband told the court that on the day they were meant to see the priest, Mary went to bathe and left behind her mobile phone.
“When she went to bathe, I got the phone and found a message saying, ‘Just give me two hours uzanyenga,” lamented Kachipasi.
He said the message came from a contact saved as “Uncle K,” who turned out not to be an uncle in the family tree but a striker in the romance league.
Kachipasi further told the court that after sensing smoke, he followed the fire by logging into Mary’s Facebook Messenger where he found romantic chats, nude pictures and videos involving the two.
He said one of the conversations showed Mary giving the man medicine to enlarge his manhood so that he could improve his bedroom performance.
In the same chat, Mary was complaining that the lover lacked enough energy in bed, according to the husband’s testimony.
After the discoveries, Kachipasi said both families sat down and agreed that the marriage had reached its natural death.
But in her own submission, Mary stated that she still loved her husband and wanted reconciliation.
She told the court that Kachipasi had neglected her for years, leaving her unsupported financially and dry in affection.
“This man abandoned me for five years. We were not having sex and when I asked him, he used to say he was tired,” she said.
Mary further alleged that while denying her romance, Kachipasi was busy conducting practical lessons with her niece Jessie before later promoting her sister Martha into the same department.
She said the issue later exploded when the two women fought over him.
Mary also accused Kachipasi of publicly showing her nude pictures to neighbours, church members and children while calling her unfaithful.
She said the humiliation pushed her into depression for three months.
During proceedings, Magistrate Charity Milambo questioned Mary over romantic messages found on her phone.
Newsdiggers reports that Kachipasi maintained that the marriage was dead and asked the court to officially bury it with divorce papers.
The matter was adjourned to a later date for ruling.
