Double-crossed wife vows to stay
THOUGH arraigned for divorce by a double-crosser husband, a woman of Chongwe has prayed to the court not to dissolve her marriage.
Kondolo, 28, lamented to the court how her husband cheats on her and that she once caught him kissing another woman on the street.
She testified that her husband, Tembo,30, of Zingalume Township, embarrasses her on Facebook by posing with his girlfriend while still married to her.
“This man has injured me in many ways and I have been forgiving him, last time I found him kissing with a woman on the road but he said the woman was his friend’s girlfriend,” Kondolo told the Matero Local Court.
This was heard in a matter Tembo sued Kondolo for divorce, citing her tendency of using vulgar language on him as his grievance.
Despite complaining about Tembo’s infidelity, Kondolo told the court that she still loved him and was against his idea for divorce.
