He holds a Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, and Certificates in Public Administration, Purchasing and Supply, and Power Electrical, bringing a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to public service.
With 19 years of service at the Road Development Agency, Webby contributed to national development through infrastructure and public sector service delivery.
His professional background has strengthened his understanding of governance, project implementation, and resource management.
He is deeply committed to community development, demonstrating leadership at grassroots level.
Webby has mobilized communities to support infrastructure development, supported churches, and empowered youths through sports initiatives.
He’s a passionate advocate for women and youth empowerment, providing financial and material support across Mfuwe Constituency.
