The Lusaka Magistrate Court has acquitted Patriotic Front -PF faction Vice President GIVEN LUBINDA in a matter he was accused of failing to surrender a diplomatic passport and holding more than one passport.
LUSAKA Resident Magistrate, KAWAMA MWANFULI, has ruled that the state has failed to prove a prima facie case against Mr. LUBINDA.
