OPPOSITION All peoples Congress (APC) President Nasson Msoni has urged President Hakainde Hichilema to effect structural changes to his Government.
Msoni says the need to change the operating system of Government cannot be overemphasized looking at the failure of the UPND Government to fulfill its promises to citizens.
He notes that President Hichilema must consider restructuring his Government as failure to do so is having a negative impact on the wellbeing of citizens.
The Opposition Leader says it is the President’s mandate to try and shake up the structure of government and give it a new lease of life.
He cited the ongoing indiscipline in the Foreign Service as shocking and thinks that it is prudent to counsel Government to act.

Msoni says the UPND Government is well over 24 months in Government but the team is still lacking the much needed coherence.
He notes that the uncoordinated policy statements from Ministers clearly shows that they are not reading from the same script.
Msoni further indicates that the true victims of a poorly managed Government are the ordinary citizens.
