Investigations have been instituted into the fire that swept through one of Lusaka’s East Park Hungry Lion outlets destroying properties worth thousands of Kwacha.
The fire started around 23 hours last night, and quick action by mall staff and fire brigade officers managed to put out the fire.
And a ZNBC News crew visited the site found officers from Lusaka City Council’s Fire Brigade Department and Hungry Lion Management still establishing the cause of the fire.
Meanwhile, when reached for a comment both Hungry Lion Management and Lusaka City Council Public Relations Management CHOLA MWAMBA said a comprehensive statement will be availed once investigations are concluded.
