MANY people who religiously fly the plane on Aviator crash game somewhat hated geography, and have not been to school to train how to fly a plane of any sort.
However, gambling and the desire to win big and fast, has certified many professionals as pilots.
Although he spent years studying aquacutural science to become an aquaculturist, Chiimbwe Malambo Chongwe decided to temporarily abandon his profession and declared himself a pilot with a K400, as fuel (benzine) money.
Chongwe narrates that, with that amount in a single day, he flew so high that his K400 stake won him a whooping K305, 775.00.
Like many, Chongwe did not want to rest. He needed more. From staking a K400, he increased it to K12,500.
He exclusively narrates to TV Yatu that, in no time, his happiness turned into sorrow and self blame.
He lost his entire win, and remained battling with, “Why did I do that?”, in his mind.
He says though many opt to end their lives when such a loss is experienced, he stayed strong and reverted to a profession he trained to major in, aquaculture.
He shares that this happened in September of 2024.
“Last of last year September I had a chance of winning an aviator up to K305,775.00. Guess what happened, I continued playing until I lost the whole money up to zero. Yes I felt the pain. And quickly I realised that God did not just allow it and made a step and solid decision to step back,” Chongwe shares.
He says many people are battling the deadly addiction that comes with gambling and advises that family and friends close to such people should step up for them and help them come out of it.
