Journalist Sylvester Kaumba accused of sodomy hands self to police
Freelance journalist Sylvester Kaumba who has been accused of sodomizing a person with down syndrome has handed himself to the police.
Kaumba aged 39 years handed himself to the police at 10;30hrs.
The police have since issued a statement below;
A warn and caution statement has been recorded from the suspect identified as Sylvester Musonda Kaumba aged 39 of Kamwala South area in Lusaka.
Mr. Kaumba who is a Freelancer Journalist presented himself to the Police today around 10:30 hours.
He is currently detained in Police Custody.
