Ministry of Justice Permanent Secretary ANDREW NKUNIKA has sued the Patriotic Front for defamation and is demanding ten million Kwacha.
Mr. NKUNIKA and TOWANI NKUNIKA have sued former PF Secretary General DAVIES MWILA for the defamatory message which was allegedly posted on the PF Facebook page.
Mr. MWILA has been sued in his capacity as Former Party Secretary General.
The message entitled “Love or Guilty Ministry of Justice Permanent Secretary ANDREW NKUNIKA has continued to Post ridiculous Love posts dedicated to his new wife on Facebook”.
Mr. NKUNIKA claims that “Love or Chani” was allegedly posted on the PF facebook page on October 21st 2021.
He said the message meant that the plaintiffs had done something wrong.
This is according to the statement of claim filed in the Lusaka High Court.
