A SECURITY guard at Kabulonga Trust Boarding School in Lusaka is struggling to overcome shame, humiliation and embarrassment after the principal beat him up, stripped him naked and invited young male and females pupils to watch his nakedness.
Reagan Banda’s only crime was to be found dosing while on duty by school principal Sydney Chilanda around 02:00 hours on September 28.
It is reported that Banda reported for work around 17 hours the previous day.
However, as the clock struck 02:00 hours and the school’s premises were quiet and dark, Banda dozed off in a guard room, blissfully unaware of the impending chaos.
As the 27 year old security guard shut his eyes for a little while, taking up another role of repelling away mosquitoes, he got a painful awakening as Chilanda slapped the slumber out of him.
Before he could stand to check what was happening, another slap collided with his face, immediately turning his left over dream in a real nightmare.

It wasn’t just a one-time event; he found himself on the receiving end of a series of slaps, punches, and even kicks from his boss.
In a bizarre twist, Chilinda then ordered Banda to undress, not just his uniform, but also his underwear, leaving him completely naked after which he is said to have ordered the boarding master to gather learners and bring them to the scene.
According to sources Chilinda recruited the learners to also have their fair share of beating Banda.
It was only after some time that another security guard who came to the rescue, providing Reagan with a pair of trousers and a shirt so he could finally make his exit from the scene.
Banda clad in shame, picked himself up and reported the matter to Kalikiliki Police Post.
Banda said he wanted Justice for the humiliation he had been subjected to because he was a married man with children.
When Kalemba reached out Chilinda, all he could say is;” I have no comment.”
Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga confirmed the incident stating the suspect opted to remain silent.
“Mr Sydney Chilinda, aged 56 of house number 69 Chilenje Township, a school principal at Kabulonga Trust School, was summoned to Kalikiliki Police Post and a warn and Caution statement was administered.”
“He was later on released while Investigations are ongoing,” said Hamoonga.
Meanwhile, parents to some of the children who went to watch Banda’s biological private assets put on public display by the school principal are updating the NHIMA credentials for easy access to treatment just in case their children develop Nsokela resulting from watching the nakedness of a 27 year old man.
