KASEMPA ASPIRING MP THREATENS LEGAL ACTION OVER BOOTLICKING
Kasempa aspiring MP Elijah Mupenda Kasitoka has warned that the next time the Republican President visits North-Western Province, anyone who bootlicks him will face legal action.
He declared that whoever dances for the President will be sued.
He explained that for the past five years, such behaviour has distracted him from bringing development to Kasempa and the wider province.
He emphasised that people have been busy shouting slogans that make the President believe all is well.
He pointed out that this concerns the Ikelenge Road, which lies within North-Western Province.
