Zambian gospel music artist Kings Malembe Malembe has continued to publicly praise President Hakainde Hichilema in a fresh Facebook post that has since attracted attention online.

In his latest message, Kings Malembe Malembe reflected on President Hichilema’s political journey, highlighting his perseverance despite previous election defeats.

The gospel singer stated that setbacks should not define a person’s future, describing the Head of State as an example of determination and consistency.

“Failures of the past do not define a man’s potential,” Kings wrote.
He further praised President Hichilema for remaining steadfast after suffering three setbacks in his pursuit of the presidency, saying the story teaches Zambians the importance of perseverance and not giving up on dreams.

Kings Malembe Malembe also disclosed that his first meeting with the President, which happened yesterday, was a special moment for him as he got the chance to shake hands with the Head of State and congratulate him for never giving up.

“My first meeting with His Excellency yesterday, marked by a handshake, was an opportunity to congratulate him on not giving up till the dream was realized,” he said.

The artist added that he was grateful for the warm reception from the President, stating that unity is possible when a leader is committed to achieving it. He described the moment as “divine and prophetic” in his life.

“MR PRESIDENT HAKAHINDE HICHILEMA, thank you for your open arms sir. Indeed unity is possible when a leader is resolved in pursuit of it,” Kings wrote.

He also thanked Copperbelt Minister Elisha Matambo for allowing God to use him, adding that the meeting was not due to connections but purely the work of God.

Kings concluded his post with prayers for President Hichilema to be given another term in office, saying he hopes God blesses him with “five more years.” He also used the opportunity to announce that his upcoming song titled “Yesu Ni Boss” will be released this Tuesday.

The post has sparked mixed reactions online, with some praising the gospel singer for encouraging leadership while others debated his continued political endorsements.
