𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝟵 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗮
Lightning has struck two houses in Siamwiinga area of Siavonga district, killing nine goats and destroying household goods of undisclosed value.
The goats belonged to a village headman.
Hadobelo Village headman Fellow Munsanje confirmed the development in a phone interview and explained that lightning struck after a heavy downpour around noon on 11 April.
No human life was affected, while the household goods in the affected homes had been burnt to ashes.
