Luanshya woman, 35, arrested for licking teen girl’s vagina
A LUNSHYA woman’s fetish to kiss, finger and lick teenage girls’ private parts has secured her bed space at Luanshya Central Police Station after Copperbelt Police Chief, Siandenge’s men arrested her following allegations that she was performing oral sex on a 15-year-old grade eight girl.

According to witnesses who watched the discovery of Misozi’s weird acts on a minor, Misozi’s boyfriend stumbled on a startling phone conversation between his girlfriend and the teenage victim.
On discovering his girlfriend was reportedly in a relationship with the female minor, a confrontation ensued, leading to the girl’s family discovering that their child’s private parts were allegedly being used by Misozi, for her pleasure.
Copperbelt Province Police Commanding Officer Pathias Siandenge has confirmed with TV Yatu that his officers at Luanshya Central Police Station have in their custody, Misozi Banda, who after a complaint by the victim’s mother, was apprehended for investigations that revealed chilling details.
According to the Province Police Chief, mother to the victim had for a long time observed her daughter’s altered behaviour.
He says between May 1 and October 24, 2025, the victim’s mother noticed her daughter’s behaviour had changed. She tried to inquire and interogate the child, but nothing came out of it.
Siandenge narrates to TV Yatu that between this period, the victim minor often smelled of cigarettes, and alcohol, and that she spent nights out, as shared by her mother.
He says on discovering where her daughter may have been spending nights, the 46-year-old victim’s mother quizzed the minor who then gave information on what had been happening.
Following this, the mother reported the matter to the Victim Support Unit at Lunshya Central Police Station.
“The victim revealed that f/Misozi Banda had been indecently practicing sexual abuse on the victim by kissing her, licking and inserting fingers into her vagina, that’s how the matter was reported to Victim support unit under Luanshya Central Police Station,” Siandenge shares.
He narrates that the victim told Police that this happened on a number of occasions between May 1 and October 24, 2025. Witnesses say her acts on the minor were reciprocated on her.
Commissioner Siandenge says when his officers interviewed the minor, she confirmed the details and told more.
This led to the apprehension of the suspect whom they now have charged with Indecent Practice between Persons of the same sex, contrary to section 158 (2) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
