One hundred and thirty-six individuals, including eight females, have been arrested by the Lusaka Division Police in ongoing efforts to rid the city of criminal elements and ensure law and order.

Police Public Relations Officer, Rae Hamoonga, noted that the suspects were apprehended in various locations, including the Bombay Drainage along Burma Road, the ZESCO Flyover Bridge along Great East Road, and the Misisi Flyover Bridge.

Hamoonga appealed to the public to support the police in their continued efforts to curb crimes committed by the infamous junkies, who have been terrorizing innocent citizens.

He assured that the operation will continue.
