MAKEBI ZULU ARRIVES IN KALABO FOR CHURCH CELEBRATIONS

Patriotic Front (PF) Presidential Candidate Makebi Zulu, has arrived in Kalabo District of Western Province ahead of major Catholic Church celebrations.

The Diocese is preparing to mark the 200th Anniversary of the Papal Approval of the Constitution Rules, commemorating two centuries since their establishment in 1826.

Mr Zulu is expected to join worshippers at St Michael’s Parish, where Deacons Stanco Simukonda, OMI, and Nanias M. Tembo, OFM Cap, will be ordained to the priesthood.

The ordination will be conducted by Rt. Rev. Evans Chinyemba, OMI, Bishop of Mongu Diocese.

He is also in Western Province for a series of engagements with PF structures and communities to drum up support for his 2026 presidential bid, accompanied by Reverend Godfridah Sumaili (former Minister of National Guidance and Religious Affairs), Mumbi Phiri (former PF Deputy Secretary General), Richard Musukwa (former Minister of Mines), Sylvia Chalikosa (former Minister of Works and Supply), MCC Charity Kapona, and MCC Chanda Kabwe (former Central Province Minister).
