PF/Pamodzi Alliance President Makebi Zulu has paid a courtesy call on former Vice President Inonge Mutukwa Wina.
Mr Zulu says the former Vice President has been a key pillar in the Patriotic Front (PF) during a period of internal transition.
He said this in a statement posted on his Facebook page.
Mr Zulu said the visit was aimed at updating Mrs Wina on recent democratic developments within the party.
He emphasized that the former Vice President remains a pivotal matriarch whose guidance continues to shape the direction of the former ruling party.
Mr Zulu noted that despite what he described as turbulent times within the party, Mrs Wina has remained steadfast and committed to providing leadership and counsel.
The PF/Pamodzi Alliance leader was accompanied by Patriotic Front Chairperson of Elections Frank N’gambi and Central Committee member Chanda Kabwe.
