Renowned Motivational Speaker, Mubita Nawa, has allegedly found himself in conflict with the law for giving false information to a Public Officer.
Central Province Police Division has confirmed Mr. Nawa has been charged and arrested on Friday, 24th February, 2023.
Details are that the 47-year-old Lusaka resident is charged with the offence of allegedly giving false information to Public Officers, contrary to Section 125 Cap 87 of the Laws of Zambia and he has been bonded to appear in court soon.
This in a case in which Mr. Nawa is accused of having claimed that government had given Suko Mine to an unknown group of youths when in fact not.
