MEDIA personality Mutale Mwanza has been appointed a goodwill ambassador for Operation Ubusaka by the Lusaka Mayor, His Worship Miles Sampa.
Lusaka Mayor, Miles Sampa has mobilized Lusaka City Council (LCC) Police for a weekly exercise called Operation Ubusaka which aims at ensuring cleanness in the city.
The Operation Ubusaka falls under the Ministry of Local Government’s effort in keeping Zambia Clean, Green & Healthy.
