No Glory in Seven Rounds: Dr Aaron Mujajati Warns Men Against Dangerous Use of Sex Boosters

Dr Aaron Mujajati

LUSAKA, Zambia – Medical practitioner Aaron Mujajati has cautioned men against the growing culture of chasing unrealistic sexual performance standards, warning that the misuse of sex boosters and unregulated enhancement products could pose serious health risks.

In a social media post titled “No Glory in Seven Rounds,” Dr. Mujajati expressed concern over the pressure many men face to prove their sexual prowess, often driven by stories and claims shared among peers.

According to Dr. Mujajati, tales of men boasting about going several rounds during intimate encounters have become common, despite the fact that such claims are often impossible to verify.

He noted that many men take these stories seriously and attempt to match them by using various sexual enhancement products, including unregulated supplements, stimulants, and prescription medications without medical supervision.

Sexual Performance Should Not Be a Competition

Dr. Mujajati stressed that there is no reward for risking one’s health in pursuit of sexual bragging rights.

He questioned why some men continue to endanger themselves for the sake of proving a point, stating that even if someone were able to achieve multiple rounds, there are no medals or trophies awarded for doing so.

The medical practitioner warned that self-prescribing sex boosters can be dangerous and may lead to serious health complications, especially for individuals with underlying medical conditions.

Erectile Dysfunction May Signal Other Health Problems

Dr. Mujajati explained that erectile dysfunction is often more than just a sexual health issue and can sometimes be an early warning sign of other medical conditions.

He highlighted diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, stress, and mental health challenges as some of the common factors that can affect sexual performance.

Rather than relying on unregulated products or advice from friends, he encouraged men experiencing difficulties to seek professional medical assistance.

According to Dr. Mujajati, a qualified healthcare professional can identify the underlying cause of the problem and recommend safe and effective treatment options.

Prioritising Health Over Myths

The doctor emphasized that sexual health is closely linked to overall physical and mental wellbeing.

He urged men to focus on maintaining healthy lifestyles through proper nutrition, regular exercise, stress management, and routine medical check-ups instead of pursuing unrealistic expectations promoted through social media and peer pressure.

Dr. Mujajati concluded by reminding men that true strength lies in making responsible health decisions rather than taking unnecessary risks.

“Sexual performance should never be a competition. Protecting your health, dignity, and future matters far more than chasing myths,” he said.

His remarks have sparked discussion online, with many social media users agreeing that more awareness is needed about the dangers of self-medicating with sexual enhancement products.
