PATRIOTIC Front (PF) Mansa Central Member of Parliament Chitalu Chilufya says people in Luapula Province are extremely impressed with the leadership of President Hakainde Hichilema and his Government.

The former minister of Health said this during a sideline meeting before the Chabuka Baushi traditional ceremony hosted by Chief Matanda in Mansa which the President graced yesterday.

“The Constituency Development Fund (CDF) has brought the much-needed development and it’s a catalyst for better things to come,” he said.
