22.05.2024 – Mufulira police station through the office of Anti- fraud on 14th May 2024 at 09:00hrs received a report from Members of the public in which it was reported that F/Mercy Mwakesa aged 21 years of M 515 ndeke had produced pornographic material and started to circulate the same via face book media.
Facts of the matter are that the accused person between 06/05/2024 and 15/05/24 between 0900hrs and 14 00hrs circulated obscene video of herself having carnal knowledge.
Acting on the information investigations were instituted which led to the apprehension of the said accused person and brought to the police station.
She is detained in custody and mobile phone used recovered and the NRC.
