POLICE OFFICER ALLEGEDLY TAKES OWN LIFE AT FINANCE MINISTER’S RESIDENCE.
A Zambia Police officer has allegedly taken his own life by shooting himself while on duty in Lusaka.
The officer, identified only as Botha, reportedly a brother to the proprietor of Botha Lundazi Liquors was attached to the Protective Unit at the residence of Finance and National Planning Minister Dr. Situmbeko Musokotwane.
Circumstances surrounding the suspected suicide remain unclear, and police are yet to release an official statement.
