The public has reacted with mixed feelings the destroying of illegal cannabis that was confiscated by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC).

DEC in Mongu yesterday destroyed 246,580.9 grams of cannabis following a court order.

However, the destroying of drugs has attracted mixed reactions among the public who have taken to social media, with some mocking the commission for the act.

Some comments among social enthusiasts are that instead of destroying the drugs, DEC have found a better solution.

Similar acts in recent pasts elsewhere attracted same reactions from citizens.
