A person with disability (PWD), is concerned that his vehicle was clamped while parked in a designated slot for disabled drivers at a Zambia Airports Corporation Limited (ZACL) facility.

In a Facebook post, Mafuta explained that despite hooting for assistance, no security personnel were available, forcing him to wait for over 20 minutes before the clamp was removed.

He questioned the training given to security staff and urged ZACL to properly orient its personnel to avoid similar incidents.

Following the complaint, ZACL reached out with a formal apology.

Mafuta acknowledged the swift response and accepted the apology in good faith.

He commended ZACL management for their prompt action and professional handling of the matter, noting that such responsiveness reflects a strong commitment to service excellence.
