…says he remains in charge of PF

Patriotic Front (PF) faction leader Robert Chabinga says there are attempts to have him abducted and killed.
Chabinga has also claimed that the same individuals attempting to have him assassinated were also after the life of his secretary general Morgan Ngo’na.
Speaking at media briefing today, Chabinga says he is reliably informed that some people opposed to him as PF leader were after his life.
Chabinga says he is currently unable to move freely because of threats on his life.
The lawmaker was however unable to disclose identities of people after his life.
“Their other Plan B is to have me abducted and killed”, Chabinga said, adding “but they will not succeed”.
However, the parliamentarian who is also leader of the opposition in the house says he has instructed his SG to report the threats of their lives to the police.
Meanwhile, Chabinga says action against individuals trying to hijack the leadership of the former ruling party will be taking in due course.
