Drug Enforcement Commission – DEC Public Relations Officer Hussein Khan says the DPP entered a nolle prosequi with respect to the five Egyptians and one Zambian, Osward Diangamo.
Khan, however, says two of the Egyptians will be rearrested on lesser charges and granted bond.
He says as for the rest of the accused persons, they will be trialled by the High Court on the espionage charge.
