…as more than 100 Chinese companies exhibit at the show

The Zambia Chinese Association has been praised by Vice President Mutale Nalumango for their efforts towards the development of the nation.
And the number of Chinese companies exhibiting at the just – opened 2024 agriculture and commercial show in Lusaka has seen an increase of upto a 100 companies within a space of 24 hours.
Speaking when she visited the Zambia Chinese Association’s stand in the Showgrounds this afternoon, Nalumango stated that the Zambian government remains committed to giving the necessary support as well as creating an enabling environment for foreign investors to thrive.
The Vice President stated that the commitment of the Chinese association to the development of Zambia is appreciated.
Nalumango has since encouraged more Chinese companies to invest in Zambia, adding that opportunities are many for them.
She was flanked by Wu Ming the Executive president Zambia Chinese Association among other Chinese delegates.
And Ming stated that the association will lobby more Chinese companies to invest in Zambia.
And Head of Chinese team from Jiangxi province in China Li Qingyou said 2024 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Zambia.
Qingyou said by participating in the Zambian Agricultural and Commercial Exhibition, it strengthen practical cooperation between China and Zambia in the fields of economy, trade, humanities and tourism pledging more support from Jiangxi enterprises to invest in Zambia in a win – win situation.
Qingyou has since thanked the Zambian government for being an all – weather friend and an economic partner.
Meanwhile, the Zambia Chinese Association was today a hive of activities as hundreds of show goers thronged the stand.
