Leader of the Zambia Ku Chalo movement Y Celeb, the rapper software, has finally announced that he is no longer signed to Nexus Music anymore.
He also added that he cancelled the contract on his own because they were not working according to their plans and that he is now signed to his own label World Wide Music.
Edna hosted Y Celeb on the latest episode of The ZmbTalks were the rapper also called XYZ Entertainment CEO and rapper Bobby East for allegedly stealing his song “Input” and giving it to Nez Long.
The rapper software said the original song featured Bobby East and Ray Dee but he was called for a video shot by Xaven, also claims some of his verse on that song were erased to leave space for Slapdee.
Bobby East was first called out by Y Celeb to put a verse on a song “I am A Gangster Exeh” but the rapper never did. Slapdee was also among the artist the Mululo mentioned during the interview saying without him Slapdee wouldn’t have been relevant last year and his verse on “Input” was away from the songs concept.
Edna also asked the rapper why he has decided to start his own Diary series, he responded that “The Diary series” by the serial hit making producer KB has lost vibe hence he decided to create his own series “Diary Yamupola.” Y Celeb further added that rapper should Chef 187 should be the most respected artist in the industry for he’s the people’s rapper He said.
