Youth activist Peter Chola Mwanalesa has urged authorities to prioritise the rehabilitation of the Kabundi Local Court in Lupiya Ward, Serenje Constituency.
He noted that the current state of the court building is dilapidated and unfit to serve the community effectively.
Mwanalesa emphasised that a functional and well-maintained court is essential for delivering justice at the grassroots level.
He further stated that the poor condition of the facility undermines confidence in the justice system.
The activist appealed to government and stakeholders to allocate resources for the renovation.
