A Police Officer has been arrested in Lusaka for allegedly defiling a 14-year-old girl.
SAMUEL CHILEMBO, 38, is believed to have committed the offence on Saturday, May 11, 2024, between 21 hours and 22 hours.
Police Deputy Spokesperson, DANNY MWALE has confirmed saying both the officer and the victim are residents of Sikanze police camp. Mr MWALE has explained that the incident happened inside the officer’s vehicle, which was parked at his house.
