AN employee of the public-owned telecommunications company ZAMTEL has been found dead near his home in Lusaka west.
On February 9 this year, Kalemba reported that Kelly Shemi, commonly known as Chipweti, had not been seen since February 6, 2023.

He had felt unwell, while at work, and went to Premium clinic near Intercity bus terminus.
“From there, he headed to Lumumba bus station to board a bus going home but he didn’t reach and the phone is off,” explained his daughter Gracious on February 9 this year.
“After searching his last location, it’s showing Lumumba station. He was wearing a grey trousers and a pink shirt.”
A source has reached out to Kalemba, saying Chipweti was found dead yesterday, near his home in Lusaka west.
