The Zambia Compulsory Standards Agency has inducted three newly employed inspectors under its Domestic Quality Monitoring (DQM) department.
Manager for Communications and Public Relations Brian Hatyoka and Public Relations Officer Onishias Maamba met with inspectors Kabwe Chilufya Lupiya, Elizee Kayembe, and Chalwe Luswili today.
The inspectors were briefed on the operations of the Corporate Communications Unit and given tools for their jobs.
The Corporate Communications Unit manages communications and public relations, media relations, stakeholder engagements, corporate branding, media monitoring, and events and protocols for ZCSA.
The agency is mandated to enforce compulsory standards to protect consumers and ensure product safety.
