Brief facts are that on 18/04/24 at around 19:00hrs the victim who is a Grade 7 pupil at a named School in Garneton East was playing with her friends when the suspect who is her neighbour requested her to escort him within Garneton East.

On the way he dragged her to unfinished building where he defiled her.

The matter was reported at the police where the victim was issued with a medical report form. Docket opened and arrest made.
