A 15-year-old Grade 9 pupil from Choma Secondary School has allegedly been defiled by three yet-to-be-identified men on her way home from class to Shampande Compound.
The episode is reported to have occurred in a bush near Mambushi Farm around 16:00 hours on 14th May, 2024.
Confirming the development, Southern Province Commissioner of Police, Auxensio Daka, notes that while on her way from school, the victim was ambushed by three men who came out of a black car.
Daka says the assailants covered the victim’s face and mouth with a cloth, bundled her in the vehicle and drove off to the aforementioned location where they exchanged in defiling her and left her there.
He notes that the victim complained of a painful vagina, while a Medical Report Form was issued to her for examination and treatment.
