EVELYN Hone College is mourning the death, a former student who died before she could even enjoy the fruits of her academic sweat, barely a month after donning her graduation gown.
Sheila Liseli ilyamupu, 25, was a well and fit lady before low blood pressure took the best of her health.
Ilyamupu was admitted to the hospital yesterday and died this morning.
She went to St Mary’s Secondary school in Livingstone, southern province and later started her curving her career from Evelyn Hone College where she pursued a diploma in Environmental health.
The deceased was amongst the Evelyn hone female students who made history last month after the school recorded the first highest number of female graduates since its inception.
Her death was announced by the Evelyn Hone College Student Union Facebook page, who confirmed Low blood pressure as the cause of her death, while her friends poured out their grief on social media.
“The feeling of sadness is beyond my grip. I didn’t expect you to leave this mortal realm this soon Liseli Ilyamupu. You have given up so fast. We can not question God, but all we can do is thank God for the life you spent on earth my love. The fact that you are no longer here will always cause pain, but you are forever in our hearts,” posted a friend, Josephine Mwanza.
