An apparent high sexual appetite has left a 40-year-old woman of Choma District single after both her husband and boyfriend expressed no interest in continuing to be in a relationship with her.
Appearing in the Choma Local Court before Magistrates Luyando Siachitema and Stanley Hankanga was Radical Munkombwe, 32, of Siakakwale village, who was sued for adultery by Givas Sibajene, 51, a headteacher at a named school.
Byta FM Court Journalist reports that Munkombwe was accused of having an affair with Sibajene’s wife, Mutinta Tukaka, aged 40, with the husband demanding eight cows, each valued at K10,000, for compensation.
Sibajene told the court that despite initially agreeing to pay K20,000 for the affair he had with his wife, including K1,000 for accepting a guilty charge, Munkombwe did not honour the agreement as he was acting dodgy.
Meanwhile, Tukaka, who admitted being in an extra-marital affair with Munkombwe, described her lover’s manhood as medium-sized, further stating that he always wore green pants every time they had sexual intercourse in abandoned sand mining pits.
On the other hand, Munkombwe wondered how he was charged K20,000 for adultery when someone else who was allegedly involved in an affair with the same woman only paid K15,000.
Delivering judgement, Magistrate Siachitema ordered Munkombwe to pay K35,000, with the first instalment of K2,000 to be made on 19th March 2026, then subsequent monthly payments of K500.
Following the ruling, Sibajene told the court that he was no longer interested in his wife, hence she must move on with her boyfriend, but Munkombwe also rejected being with the woman.
Both Magistrate Siachitema and Hankanga castigated Mutinta Tukaka for her behaviour.
